Even when communication is good, things can go wrong.  If you have a problem relating to school it is best to talk to the Headteacher or your child’s teacher as soon as possible.  Most problems can be sorted out very simply.  If the problem cannot be resolved in this way the Governors have a general complaints policy which can be downloaded below or obtained from school.
